Z31 adjustable trans mount bushing split on arrival

I just recieved my adjustable trans mount for my 1986 300zx turbo. One of the offset rubber bushing arrived with a split in the small diameter of the poly. How quickly can I get a replacement bushing sent out?

Every single poly slug gets inspected prior to shipment since the kits are pre-packaged to speed up order processing, however it is possible it was damaged in shipping?

Since the slug itself is captive on all sides, this split should have no effect on the performance, it would only be a cause for concern if the slug was able to expand. For all intents, this is really just a cosmetic issue, one you don't even see once installed.
