Greetings!
I'm currently working on a s12 race car and wanted to know if anyone has tried installing your Z31 lower a arm kit into s12 a arm.
Looks like they are very close in size by visual inspection.

Yes they have, and it's possible, but requires more work.

The curvature is different, and the width is tight, see the photo below from the customer:
