Response Type will not share any personal information with third parties or affiliates, except what is required in the fulfillment or processing of orders. We believe information entrusted to us in the course of doing business still belongs to the original owner, and we shall strive to safeguard it, while complying with all applicable laws.

Customer purchase history may be used in the recommendation of other products or services, and for general business analytics only, but may be purged along with other customer information without notice.

EMAIL AND CORRESPONDENCE

The privacy laws in Canada also rely on express consent for any marketing materials sent by email, such “opt-in” provisions help protect people from unwanted spam, but also limit what a retailer may send to a customer. This will not impact transactional emails generated during the ordering process.

Response Type may in the future employ a direct marketing strategy, or provide news feeds to existing customers, but any non-customers will be exempted unless explicitly give consent to receive the materials by email.
