300zx to 240sx coilover adapter sleeve dimensions

Postby cwangel95 » Sat Apr 01, 2017 1:57 am

I am inquiring about the dimensions of these spacer sleeves. More specifically the inner diameter of the bolt hole, the outer diameter of the portion that is to be inserted into the lower mount and the overall length. Additionally, how many of these are required to do both rear coilovers and how many are included in a single order? Thank you in advance for your time.

If you mean the rear coilover inserts, they replicate the 20mm stud of the 240sx uprights, the overall length is meant to be trimmed based on the width of the coilover's own sleeve though, and is thus a little longer than it should be. One sleeve is used per side.

Is this for a custom application?

I am planning on using them for my 240sx coilovers that i have fitted on my 1988 nissan 200sx. From my research, the z31 and 200sx applications both utilize a m12 bolt but my concern at this point in time is the overall length of the sleeve. I understand they are a trim to fit application but i want to ensure they are long enough for my application.

You are correct, the 80's 200SX with independent rear suspension is identical to the early 300ZX.
